CHRIST THE KING LUTHERAN CHURCH: UNDERSTANDING YOUR GRIEF

April 10, 2018

10 Week Support Group:  Starts Tues~4/10/18~6:30pm

Losing a loved one to death can feel like being the wilderness all by yourself. You might feel alone and afraid. You might feel lost and forsaken. You might not know how to find your way back home again, because the terrain you find yourself on is so brand new and confusing.

Fear not. A new grief support group will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church for ten Tuesday evenings starting April 10th from 6:30pm to 8pm. It will be hosted by Pastor Grant Barnett Christenson, reading the book “Understanding Your Grief” and its accompanying journal.  Using a model of “walking with the mourner,” the support group is designed to help people make sense of the wilderness of grief and to honor the memory of their loved one.

For more information please contact the church office at 406.587.4131 or Pastor Barnett Christenson on cell at 406.451.4249.

Christ the King Lutheran Church is located at 4383 Durston Road in Bozeman.

"Thank you seems too inadequate to express the true feelings in my heart for the way you handled the military service.  I know he would have approved of your efficient and caring manner and so do I.  Thanks again, too, for your kindness.  I shall always recommend your services to all I come in contact with."
