UNDERSTANDING YOUR GRIEF

8 Week Support Group:  Starts Thurs~9/6/18~6:30pm

Bozeman United Methodist Church is offering an 8-week grief support group on Thursdays, from 6:30 to 8 P.M., beginning September 6.

Sally Perrine and Pam Alvord will be guiding you through the book Understanding your Grief, Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart by Alan D. Wolfelt, PH.D.  This group is for anyone experiencing loss and will help you to understand the 10 touchstones that are essential physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual actions for you to take to help yourself work toward healing.
