Growing up on the farm in the 60’s in Clarinda, IA - I was blessed to have the Walt Sales family as neighbors. Walt was city manager and during his tenure there he brought many improvements to the city. Walt took his young family back Montana, to the Sales Family Ranch. I was fortunate to be able to enjoy spending a couple of brief visits with him and family in recent years. What a man - what a family. Our deepest sympathy to those left behind. Robert Smith (Springdale, AR)

"Chris, how do I ever find the words to properly or adequately thank you for your support and kindness during a very trying time.  You are a very special young man and have a wonderful way of making a very difficult time much more easy.  It was very comforting to deal with you.  You are a natural at your position.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
