Mary Jo, Megan, and Molly. We are so sorry to hear this news. Jim was such an insightful and understanding principal during his many years at Irving. He was certainly a formative part of our lives. Our most sincere condolences: the Maifeld-Carucci family: Iliana and Akeo Maifeld-Carucci, Mary Maifeld, and Dr. Larry Carucci Laurence M. Carucci (Bozeman, MT)

To Mary Jo, Megan, and Molly, I’m so sorry. Jim was my classmate at St. John’s and a lifelong friend. Such a wonderful, intelligent, kind man. We kept in touch over the years via Christmas letters and at occasional SJU reunions. He had invited me to visit him this week on my first trip to Bozeman, but he died the morning I arrived. I will miss him a lot. Tony Zahorik (Nashville , TN)
