Dolla Weaver

May 5, 1934 ~ August 17, 2017

Service: August 22, 2017 11:00 AM
Location: St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Belgrade

On August 17, 2017, Dolla Ann Weaver passed away. Dolla was a bright light to those who knew her. She was a caregiver, devout Catholic, and friend to all who knew her.

Born in Havre in 1934, Dolla later became a registered nurse who enjoyed taking care of others and was a hard worker. She was an energetic go-getter who believed in utilizing every hour of the day. Dolla loved her family, friends, gardening, sewing, clogging, home improvements, and laughter filled days.

Dolla is survived by her husband, James A. Weaver; sisters, Donna Barnaby and Bonnie Nicholes; children, Allen Current, Theresa Hahn, and Hollie Newbauer; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and recently a great-great-grandson. Dolla is preceded in death by her sons, Danny Newbauer and Michael "Kit" Current; her grandson, Joseph Newbauer; and her five brothers.

Dolla was our light and our rock. She will be missed everyday by all who knew her. The family asks any donations be made to St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 609 N. Quaw Blvd., Belgrade, MT 59714, or any church of personal preference.

A Rosary Service will be held Monday, August 21 at 7:00 P.M. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.  Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 22, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
