Sally Newby

October 30, 1967 ~ September 09, 2017

Service: September 16, 2017 3:00 PM
   Location: Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel

Sally Ann Newby, 49, passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2017, in Belgrade, Montana.

Sally could accomplish anything she put her mind to. Her interests included family, gardening, reading, art, sewing and a multitude of outdoor activities. She devoted much of her time and energy to her daughters and managing the family business. She was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend to all who knew her. Her spirit and energy will forever be missed. We are all lost without her.

She was predeceased by her mother, Rochelle Sweat, in 2016. Sally leaves her fond memories to be cherished by her loving husband of 30 years, Dwight Newby; and her three beautiful daughters, Ashley Newby, Kelsey Newby and Sarah Counts; father, James Sweat; and her sister, Alexis Zyskowski.

Services to celebrate Sally's life will be held Saturday, September 16th at 3 p.m. at Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service. Family requests very casual attire.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked as a courtesy to Sally's memory to donate to Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter:

"Chris, how do I ever find the words to properly or adequately thank you for your support and kindness during a very trying time.  You are a very special young man and have a wonderful way of making a very difficult time much more easy.  It was very comforting to deal with you.  You are a natural at your position.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
