Bruce A. Olson

June 28, 1949 ~ January 08, 2018

Bruce A. Olson, 68, passed away on January 8th, 2018, in Bozeman, Montana. Bruce was born to Eugene “Gene” and Elizabeth “Betty” Olson in Bozeman on June 28th, 1949.

Growing up in the area, Bruce graduated from Bozeman High School and developed a love for the outdoors. In his younger years, Bruce loved camping, fishing, and hiking. Bruce’s first love, however, was a motorcycle.

As his life progressed, Bruce even developed an interest in video games – which he shared with his daughter, Sarah. They would spend hours and hours together. They also enjoyed a wide range of movies, but shared one forever favorite: “Star Trek.”

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Betty; sister, Janice Olson; and his brother, Jarold Olson. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah (Billy) Monroe.

Long live “Star Trek,” Daddy.

No services are planned.
