William Terry

April 27, 1973 ~ January 24, 2019

William (Bill) Terry passed away on January 24, 2019 after his vehicle slid on to railroad tracks and he was struck by a train.  As a family we are confident he went to be with our Lord and Savior surrounded by his father, Glenn and his grandmother Genice.

Bill was born in Fontana, California on April 27, 1973 to parents Glenn and Barbara Terry.  He graduated from Cajun High School in 1991 and within a year he married his first wife Jean.  He joined the United States Air Force and eventually was stationed in Great Falls at Malmstrom Air Force base.  Here he welcomed his first child, Jordon in 1993.  Bill served at Malmstrom Air Force base for 7 years and was honorably released from service in July of 1999 as a Senior Airman.  In 1999 he moved to Colorado and began his electrical career along with following his love Dana Forsman.  In 2000, they married and after successful careers in Colorado Bill and his family moved back to Montana and made Bozeman their home.  Bill had three more children and had a successful career as an Electrician.  He ended his career as the owner of Triton Electric.

Bill’s faith and his family were the most important to him.  He believed in our Lord and Savior and loved being with his children.  He was a loving father.  Bill was a servant at heart and routinely served his community.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting all while spending time with his family.  He loves many sports and helping as a coach and mentor.  He was a tried and true Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Bill is survived by his wife, Dana Terry; sons Jordon (Jenny), Brady Terry; daughters Abigail and Brianna Terry; mother Barbara (Mark); sister Theresa (Sophia, Tigerlilly, Willow, Sebastian), along with aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father Glenn Terry Jr., and grandmother Genice Terry.
